The OAS Basic level of service is designed for college and university athletic departments seeking
an efficient and affordable content management solution. The cornerstone of this service is OCSN's
self-publishing system, Netitor. Netitor is an "all-in-one" website administration tool, allowing
end users to publish HTML content without extensive HTML knowledge. Through a database system, event
information can be created and organized automatically, building many useful pages including schedules,
calendars and rosters to be used throughout the site. The athletic department will have complete
control over content and graphics (including sponsor logos) using the Netitor publishing system.
Netitor Features:
Netitor is the industry's most advanced self-publishing solution designed specifically for college
and university athletic departments. In addition to posting general information about your department
(directory, hall of fame, facilities, camps, etc.), users may log into Netitor from any computer with an
Internet connection and post the following information instantaneously: |

Game recaps, box scores, notes and quotes - schedule is automatically
updated and linked to these features, which are also cross linked to each other. |

Schedules - updates calendar and upcoming events. |

Player/coach bios - alphabetical and numerical rosters can be generated automatically,
players/coaches names used in releases/box scores/recaps will link to their bio page. |

PDFs - pages from media guides or other documents can be uploaded and posted. |

Photos - unlimited number of photos can be uploaded and then may be posted with releases,
recaps and bios. |

Design of Site:
OCSN has created a clean and attractive design for OAS Basic partners, which includes: |

Masthead (banner across top of site) - school logo and colors are used. |

Headers- school colors are used. |

Photo/headline layout - Athletic department has choice of several layouts. |

Sport links - OCSN creates list of sports with links to sport body pages. |

Navigation links - Athletic department may select from list of common
navigation links during production setup. Athletic department has capability to change/add navigation links after
launch of site. |

ustomized graphics - For an additional one-time fee, OCSN will design
a customized masthead and headers with full input from school |
URL Registration/Site Hosting:
OCSN will give athletic department a number of URLs to choose from and register the selected URL. All websites will
be hosted on OCSN's servers and be listed on the company's Network page. |
Training/Support:
OAS Basic partners will receive a two-hour Netitor training session via conference call prior to the launch of the site.
Partners will have the opportunity for an additional two-hour Netitor training session (for new staff hires, etc.)
during the term of the agreement. Partners will receive Netitor support by submitting inquiries via email.
There will also be an emergency contact email address and/or phone number established. An online Netitor manual will
be made available to all partners. |
Prospective Student-Athlete Database:
The Prospective Student-Athlete Database is an advanced recruiting questionnaire that enables the coaching staff to
monitor potential student-athletes. Recruits can fill out an online profile and update information as needed. |
Advertising:
OCSN will not sell any advertising on OAS Basic websites. Athletic departments may sell advertising and will keep 100%
of all revenue. Athletic department is responsible for creating all advertising graphics, which can be posted to the
homepage or sport body page using Netitor. |
E-Commerce:
The E-Commerce features (online store, online ticketing, online auctions, online donations, online camp registration)
are not included in the OAS Basic package. The online store and ticketing options are available as "add-ons", please inquire. |
Live Audio Broadcasts:
OCSN is currently negotiating a new audio broadcast partnership. There will be a "per event" fee associated with
live audio broadcasts. |
